Confirmation 2009 to 2010

This year, 7th and 8th Grade Confirmation, along with 7th and 8th Grade FOCUS, will feature complete integration of our ministries. The topics of our Sunday Morning classes will be coordinated with the topics of FOCUS on Wednesday nights. In this way, our ministry to 7th and 8th grade students will be more open to visitors and seekers, while continuing the same ownership and challenge (such a sermon notes and mini-sermons) for those completing Confirmation. Our curriculum this year will be based on the following topics:

Did you know that our confirmation program is open to newcomers, and to students who are not in 7th and 8th grade? In fact, we often have adults and students from outside our church participate in Confirmation. Feel free to invite friends to take our confirmation class at St. Paul’s.

Our teachers this year are Cathy Hartke, Phyllis Benoist, Cindy Kelly and Pastor Mark Friz. Our mentoring coaches are Barbara van Dyk and Ralph Percival.
